How your data is handled

Updated 28 October 2026. This is an implementation notice, not a final jurisdiction-specific privacy policy. Verified operator identity and support contact must be added before collecting real customer account data.

Free calculator (no account)

Calculations take place in your browser. Form values can be stored in localStorage on your device. CSV download and PDF printing also run in your browser. Calculator inputs are not automatically uploaded to our application database.

Optional cloud workspace

If account features are configured and you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email and display name through Google OAuth. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in. When you explicitly click Save, the quotation title and fields are stored in Cloudflare D1, associated with your account, for retrieval across devices.

Payments

When a paid plan is enabled following merchant approval, Paddle processes payment, tax and billing details. We store a subscription identifier, customer identifier, entitlement status, and event metadata to provide account access. Payment card numbers are not stored by this application. No live payment is possible before billing configuration.

Sharing and retention

Cloudflare hosts the website and account database; Google is the login provider, and Paddle is the payment processor if enabled. The service does not add advertising trackers in this implementation. Your saved quotations remain until you delete them or delete your account. Session records expire after 14 days; expired records may remain in the database until routine cleanup. Payment-event history may require separate retention under applicable regulations.

Your controls

Use your workspace to export your quotations in JSON, remove individual quotes or delete your account when no active billing is present. For active subscriptions, cancel through the hosted billing portal before account deletion. If you cannot access your account or need privacy assistance, the operator must provide a verified contact before launch.

Limitations

Hosting infrastructure may process standard request logs and security information including IP addresses. Do not store trade secrets or personal information if not authorized. All compliance obligations (including applicable GDPR and Korean privacy requirements) must be reviewed before live account launch.
